Evolve Like Powermatic

Powermatic is one of the few tool manufactures still making high quality industrial equipment for woodworking. Their corporate image is remarkably consistent with what the company does. The logo is clean, stable, timeless. If the Powermatic logo were a cocktail, it would be an Old Fashioned. If a creature, it would be a coelacanth.

I searched through a stack of company brochures archived at OWWM.org in order to track changes in their logo since their founding. In short, not much has changed. Just the way we like it.
